3, performance: 304 stainless steel due to the higher content of nickel, so 304 stainless steel corrosion resistance than 201 stainless steel is much better; and 201 stainless steel in the carbon content is higher, so than 304 stainless steel to hard, but toughness will be relatively poor, so the 201 surface is easier to leave obvious traces.
