Third, the orifice processing: the above process basically reaches the requirements of the production of stainless steel capillary tube, but some customers need orifice processing, common tip, reducer shrinkage, flaring, flanging, slotting, etc.; next we look at several common orifice processing methods:


1, tip processing process: you can use cold shrinkage technology, capillary tubes can be used for multiple extrusion molding, and then sealed, but the tip will not be completely closed; you can also use heat shrinkage technology, the use of precision instruments for high-frequency heating treatment, after the equipment knocking, and then extruded into the shape of the tip.


2, reducer shrinkage: shrinkage with oblique and straight mouth, is a thin-walled stainless steel capillary tubing combined with liquid compression mouth machine, through the rubber extrusion die or metal extrusion die, a processing process to reduce the mouth of the tube.


3, flaring process: the expander into the tube, the beginning of the appropriate device distance, and then advance the expansion rod, so that the expansion rod, expansion beads, the inner wall of the tube are tightened to each other, with a wrench or expansion machine to drive the expansion rod, for clockwise rotation, the expansion beads for the reverse rotation, the inner wall of the stainless steel capillary tube for crushing, forcing the wall to extend, the diameter of the tube increased; or pick the tube into the flaring machine, the mouth of the tube aligned with the surface of the mold CNC flaring processing.


4, slotting processing: stainless steel pipe can be used stamping, slotting machine or laser slotting; the specific way mainly depends on the size of the slot.
