Can use gas fuel or electric heating, all kinds of protective gases are applicable. Heat treatment of stainless steel tube without scratches, good brightness.

(3) muffle type bright heat treatment furnace

Stainless steel tube placed on a continuous bracket, in the muffle tube heating, can be lower costs to deal with high-quality small-diameter thick-walled tube, hourly output of 0.3t or more. Protective gas can be used economically, and the heat source for heating can be gas, oil or electricity.

Brightening heat treatment of stainless steel tube should also be classified according to the characteristics of stainless steel heat treatment system with a distinction, the object of martensitic stainless steel, ferritic stainless steel, austenitic stainless steel and duplex stainless steel and other different steel, choose a different heat treatment furnace type and process system.
